全新創意甜點「Towermisu」
全新創意甜點「Towermisu」，將經典提拉米蘇化身成桌上遊戲。賓客可將手指餅乾逐層疊起成一座提拉米蘇塔，然後輪流抽出一根根手指餅乾，玩法與經典層層疊一樣刺激，但「Towermisu」更有趣是可一邊玩、一邊食，把抽出來的「積木」蘸上意大利軟芝士和咖啡酒，最後再灑上可可粉，邊玩邊食，雙重享受！
這款限定甜點兼備玩味與美味，於派對或朋友聚會，定能成為全場焦點！
Playful New Dessert ‘Towermisu’
Stack up this high-rise tiramisu tower by assembling the ladyfinger biscuits, then take turns to remove biscuits one by one as if you were playing the real Jenga wood block stacking game. The difference here is you can dip your blocks in sweet mascarpone, house-made coffee liqueur and top it all off with cocoa powder. Now, eat as you play!

萬聖節主題甜品
萬聖節將至，普慶餐廳甜點也一同披上鬼馬外衣，與大家一同迎接萬聖節！萬聖節主題甜品將於10月25日至31日限定供應，重點推介兩款造型玩味十足的應節蛋糕——南瓜忌廉芝士蛋糕及士多啤梨慕斯蛋糕。前者以可愛南瓜造型登場，層層疊上香濃朱古力忌廉及榛子果仁糖醬，底層為香脆米粒餅底；後者則以大腦造型現身，配以「血紅」士多啤梨醬及剪刀裝飾，營造出驚悚又甜蜜的氛圍！
餐廳於10月27日至31日期間，於自助晚餐時段特設萬聖節面部彩繪活動，讓大人與小朋友一同體驗變裝樂趣，為您的萬聖夜增添節日色彩！

Halloween cakes
Halloween is just around the corner, and The Astor's desserts are getting a spooky makeover to join in on the festive fun! From October 25 to 31, two playful Halloween cakes take the spotlight — the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Gateau and the Strawberry Mousse. The Pumpkin Cream Cheese Gateau is shaped like an adorable pumpkin, layered with rich chocolate cream and nutty hazelnut praline paste, set atop a crispy rice base for a delightful textural contrast. The Strawberry Mousse, on the other hand, takes on a playful brain-shaped form, topped with a drizzle of "blood-red" strawberry sauce and complete with a scissor decoration that adds a playful, slightly mischievous touch!
To complete the experience, guests can enjoy Halloween face painting during dinner from October 27 to 31, a fun, family-friendly activity for both kids and grown-ups, before heading out for trick-or-treating or an evening on the town.
Both limited-edition Halloween cakes (2 lbs, HK$300) are also available at The Astor Cake Shop online, perfect for parties, gifts, or a cozy night in.

This summer, The Astor pays tribute to Asia's vibrant night market culture with the launch of its new "Night Markets of Asia" Buffet on August 4. Inspired by the bustling night markets of Hong Kong, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, the buffet brings together beloved street food favorites, regional specialties and fresh seafood in a lively feast that captures the sights, aromas and flavors of Asia after dark.
Adding a distinctly local touch to the experience, three selected dishes throughout the buffet incorporate spices sourced from Shing Hing & Co, a Mongkok local spice specialist with more than 60 years of history serving the community.
