All-day dining venue The Astor combines the nostalgia of Hong Kong’s cha chaan teng culture with the novelty and convenience of an Asian hawker center. Offering a vast selection of vegetable-first options, seven live cooking stations prepare a delicious celebration of international cuisine, from lobster to oysters, crab to Japanese sashimi, curries to Western grilled meats, modern vegetarian to Chinese classics and more, all served with a smile in a nostalgic retro setting.

於母親節週末(5月10及11日)自助晚餐,普慶餐廳推出一系列精選菜式輪流供應,包括香烤有骨肉眼、XO醬翡翠炒斑球、陳皮蒸鮮鮑、鮑魚雞絲紅燒豆腐等。每位更可享拖羅、香烤美國緬因州龍蝦尾配香煎帶子及燕窩燉蛋白一客,以矜貴美食慰勞摯愛母親。

Introducing the all-new Astor international buffet experience launching from May 5!  In addition to our usual extensive buffet spread, guests can indulge in our chefs' selection of our most iconic dishes, elevated and crafted with premium imported ingredients, served delicately as an individual portion for each guest: Herb-Roasted Lamb Rack, Premium Toro and Botan Shrimp Sashimi, as well as Grilled American Maine Lobster Tails, served on rotation!

As for our usual buffet, highlighted dishes include our lunchtime special: classic Black Truffle Cheese Pasta freshly topped with shaved black truffle at our live station. In the evenings, enjoy a live slicing performance of Japanese amberjack sashimi, directly prepared by our chef. At our dinner Roast Station, guests can feast on our mouth-watering Grilled Bone-in Ribeye Steak, and Grilled Porchetta. Dive into the ocean's bounty with a Cold Seafood Platter featuring oysters, mussels, crayfish, clams, snow crab legs, and soft-shell crabs. Explore the flavors of Japan with our Sashimi Platter showcasing salmon, tuna, swordfish, red shrimp, and scallops. Delight in Chinese delicacies like Steamed Fresh Abalone with Tangerine Peel and Steamed Fresh Prawns in Lotus Leaf and more, to be served on rotation.

不容錯過午市限定的黑松露芝士意粉,由廚師即席刨上黑松露;晚市更有油甘魚刺身現場解體表演,現場即切日本直送肥美油甘魚,口感豐腴,令人一試難忘!

Indulge in a culinary journey at The Astor with our exquisite “European Escapade” buffet! This feast celebrates the vibrant flavors of Europe, featuring a delightful array of over 200 dishes that will transport your taste buds to distant shores.

Savor our tender Pork Tenderloin paired with a refreshing Peach & Orange Salsa, or enjoy the rich flavors of Coq Au Vin and Duck Confit. For those who crave bold and robust tastes, our Pollo Asado is a must-try. Pack your plate at our signature Chilled Seafood station, which will serve the freshest Brown Crab, Prawns, Mussels, Crayfish, and Lobster Claw, along with Chilled Oysters on rotation that promise to tantalize your palate. Experience the heartwarming Seafood Paella, a dish brimming with freshness and flavor. Try our new live station, shredded Truffle Cheesy Pasta (lunch buffet) and our live carving of Hamachi (dinner buffet) starting from April 1.
