Seafood lovers, get ready for a new themed buffet "Seafood Sensation" at The Astor that will transport your tastebuds to every shore of the world, available from August 11! Aside from the usual curated buffet spread, treat yourself to individual portions of Baked Scallop with Garlic and Cheese (served during lunch), and luxurious bites of melt-in-your-mouth Uni (sea urchin) on Fridays to Sundays, as well as Caviar from Mondays to Thursdays, accompanied by a serving of indulgent Maine Lobster Thermidor.
The buffet's live cooking stations will spotlight artisanal methods, showcasing seasonal catches and premium selections. Think Applewood Smoked Salmon meticulously prepared by hand, expertly cured, and slow-smoked over fragrant applewood, Spanish Grilled Squid Tentacles with Risotto and Potato Foam or Truffle during lunch and more.
Our signature Chilled Seafood Bar continues to dazzle with a diverse range of fresh oysters, succulent snow crab legs, plump green mussels, premium crayfish, and whole brown crab, meticulously chosen for peak freshness and flavor.
The main courses present a fusion of globally inspired seafood dishes and hearty land-based delicacies, including Seafood Paella crafted with a rich lobster broth, tender squid, briny clams, fresh shrimp, and delicate fish, Sautéed Mussels in a smoky tomato cream sauce complemented by spicy chorizo, Thai-style Banana Leaf Grilled Flathead Mullet offering a fragrant, smoky profile and much more.

【普慶食為鮮】自助餐
普慶餐廳將於8月11日起推出全新「普慶食為鮮」自助餐,精選一系列優質海鮮及環球美食,每位更可享精緻主菜一客,加上多款即席烹調的限定菜式,帶您味遊奢華海鮮之旅!
凡惠顧自助餐,因應不同時段輪流供應,客人可享精選刺身或主菜一客。包括午市限定的香蒜芝士焗帶子、晚市限定更會為每位客人奉上法式焗緬因州龍蝦尾、海膽刺身或魚子醬。
星期一至四晚市限定的油甘魚現場解體表演,由師傅即場切割日本直送到港的油甘魚,週末更限定供應蘋果木煙燻三文魚,讓您品嚐海鮮的不同風味。除高質主菜外,還可任食多款海鮮冷盤,包括生蠔、松葉蟹蟹腳、青口、小龍蝦及麵包蟹等。同時不能錯過多款海鮮佳餚,包括西班牙海鮮燴飯、辣肉腸番茄忌廉炒青口、鹽焗烤魚、泰式蕉葉燒鳥頭魚、西班牙燒魷魚鬚意大利飯等 輪流供應 。
